Submit NOC of Driving Licence
When a Driving Licence holder changes his/ her place of residence. Then the driving licence should be registered with the new RTO. The NOC issued by the original registering authority should be submitted to the new RTO.

Please Note
- Driving Licence Holder Will Have to Come to RTO for Biometric, Signature, and Photo.
- If the NOC is not Submitted within 15 days from the date of issue, A fine of Rs. 300 will be incurred.
